To me, comparing the mastering of CDs to vinyl is like comparing a bike to a car, I just don't see it. But hey, this is an amazing piece of vinyl and a well-cut record, the sound is absolutely brilliant.
The highs are rather piercing, especially with the hi-hats. Very disappointed.
The reissue copy I've got is fantastic, with awesome bass and a crisp separation of instruments and vocals. There's a couple of pops between songs, but apart from that, it's a fantastic pressing.
Fairly tidy. I'd love to hear a tad more dynamics. Apart from that, this is an awesome sounding release.
The tracks are fantastic, however, the audio quality on this album might use some improvement for a sharper, cleaner sound.
