Previously, I owned two Kanye vinyl records that had awesome packaging. This one, though, is as dull as it gets. I reckon Kanye didn't put much thought into this design. Just a plain white sleeve and a photo he snapped on his way to the listening party. 😄 But hey, the album itself is fantastic, though it's a tad too short. The sound quality is top-notch, no skips or issues at all.
Incredible album, but the pressing is quite disappointing. You can notice the distortion in the vocals sometimes, particularly Kanye's. Whoever mastered this didn't pay enough attention to the vocals, which honestly sound hurried.
The vinyl's packaging is really simple, but that's alright, I was expecting a bit more pizzazz, but it's Kanye, so what can you expect? But man, the sound quality, it's incredible! This has me so pumped for KIDS SEE GHOSTS!
The pressing is fantastic, with the sound quality being absolutely incredible. However, on the track I Thought About Killing You, the beat does get quite low in volume during the latter half, making it hard to hear anything but the vocals. Apart from that minor issue, the album sounds flawless, particularly on tracks like Wouldn't Leave, Ghost Town, and Violent Crimes. As for the pressing itself, my copy didn't fit on the spindle initially, which took a while to fix. It also arrived quite dusty, but after giving it a good brush and a spray clean, the dust is barely noticeable. In my opinion, this is one of Kanye's top 5 albums and is definitely worth adding to your collection.
