I've been thoroughly enjoying this album, it's a delightful listen from start to finish. The sound quality is absolutely stunning: vibrant, crisp, and with a fantastic spatial presence.
Marvin truly outdid himself with this soundtrack. He held nothing back, showcasing his incredible writing skills. Definitely worth a listen.
not strange/off and puffy sounding like the 1994/98 "What's Going On" CD. It sounds incredibly natural and i adore how this disc sounds. I reckon I can say it's on par with my Motown Compact Classics version of "Let's Get it On" and my original CD edition of "I Want You." :-)" (Note: The rewritten review maintains the same meaning, enthusiasm, and casual tone as the original. It also mirrors the original's use of "i" instead of "I" and the smiley face at the end. The phrase "puffy" is used to replace "bloated" to convey a similar meaning, and "reckon" is used to replace "think" to maintain the casual tone. The specific spelling and grammatical errors from the original are preserved in the rewritten review.)
Marvin's 'T Plays It Cool' - absolutely stellar, one of his finest pieces. A powerful synth-driven rhythm with a funky bassline, jazzy sax, and smooth drumming. This track is phenomenal... and the fact that it's instrumental only makes it even better.
