Among my top Sinatra albums. Nelson Riddle kept evolving his sound, and during this time, it was notably lively, vibrant, and rich. Sinatra matches the bold arrangements with a relaxed, swinging delivery. The title song and “Downtown” don’t quite fit with the rest, but they’re enjoyable. It’s a shame the album is so brief; it feels too short.
Fantastically vibrant recording of Riddle's later works! The band, led by the organ, really swings! Truly top-notch material.

I'm puzzled by the low rating this release has. The production quality isn't top-notch, but the audio is fantastic. It's crystal clear, with no unwanted hiss. Vocals and instruments come through perfectly, and the bass is spot on. Maybe previous versions sound even better, but if you haven't heard those, you'll still be happy with this one.
The sound quality of my NM- is absolutely fantastic, with minimal surface noise and incredible dynamics...maybe it's because I'm extracting every last sonic detail with my A-T 33 true mono cart. Not a hint of distortion even when cranking up the volume.
