It's as if I'm hearing everything through water. This isn't a well-recorded album. It's alright when I stream it, but on vinyl, it's just off. The bass is muddy, the highs are scratchy, and there's no midrange at all.
This pressing is a total DISASTER! I mean, my CD (which is pretty scratched up from playing it nonstop the first year it came out) sounds way clearer and crisper, you know? But this vinyl? It's just full of distortion. Even the SINGING is all messed up! The packaging and the record itself look pretty neat though. Honestly, that's the only reason I'd even consider buying it.

Man, this vinyl record is kinda trash. The audio is super squished. You really gotta turn it up to catch anything, and everything sounds all mushed together. It even skipped a bit on "I Wanna Go Back". Don't get me wrong, the album's awesome. But honestly, it sounds way better on Spotify or Apple Music. Oh, and the vinyl's more like a swirly silver instead of just plain silver.
I figured I was the only one. It's like playing a cassette with a grimy head. Fantastic tracks but the mastering is off. I steer clear of these silver foil vinyl types. I've got a LMLR press of Styx's Pieces of Eight and it's audiophile quality! Bummer since I'm a fan of the music.
