Product description

"Pretty. Odd." is the second studio album by Panic! At The Disco, released on March 21, 2008, under the labels Decaydance, Fueled By Ramen, and ATL. This album marks a significant shift in the band's sound, venturing into the emo genre with a theatrical and baroque twist. Clocking in at 48 minutes, the album features 14 tracks that blend intricate instrumentation, poetic lyrics, and a whimsical yet dark atmosphere.

The album opens with "We're So Starving," setting the tone for the eclectic mix of sounds that follow. Standout tracks like "Nine in the Afternoon" and "That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed)" showcase the band's knack for crafting catchy melodies and clever lyrics. "I Have Friends in Holy Spaces" and "Northern Downpour" delve into more introspective and melancholic territories, highlighting the band's emotional depth.

"Pretty. Odd." is a testament to Panic! At The Disco's versatility and creativity, offering a rich and immersive listening experience. The album's unique blend of emo, baroque, and theatrical elements makes it a standout in the band's discography and a must-listen for fans of innovative and genre-defying music.

About Panic! At The Disco

Panic! At The Disco, the iconic American pop rock band, burst onto the scene in 2004 from the vibrant streets of Las Vegas, Nevada. Formed by high school friends Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith, the band quickly gained a devoted following with their unique blend of pop, rock, and emo influences. Fronted by the charismatic Brendon Urie, Panic! At The Disco became known for their theatrical performances and eclectic musical style, which evolved dramatically over the years, incorporating elements of punk, folk rock, and even baroque pop.

The band's debut album, "A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out," catapulted them to fame with hits like "I Write Sins Not Tragedies." Over the years, they released a series of critically acclaimed albums, including "Pretty. Odd.," "Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die!," and their final studio album, "Viva Las Vengeance," which featured standout tracks like "Do It To Death" and "God Killed Rock and Roll." Despite several lineup changes and a hiatus from 2015 to 2023, Panic! At The Disco's impact on the music scene remains undeniable. The band reunited in 2025 for a special performance at the When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas, where they performed their album in its entirety, showcasing their enduring appeal and the deep connection they have with their fans.
