This album sounds fantastic, with a full, rich, and clean audio quality – no noise at all. I'm a bit puzzled about the pressing, though. From what I understand, the BX-4000 Series was a reissue by Bethlehem in 1965, featuring a teal label, but only for that year. Later, in 1984, they released another reissue using the Phase 60 series artwork and heading, but with a different catalog number, bcp-6016, and a purple label. So, I think this version is from 1965. The cover is also thick and tip-on, unlike the thin ones from the 80s, and the vinyl is thick too, around 165g, not like the thinner 140g from the 80s. I have some Bethlehem reissues from the 80s, and they sound great as well. But I believe this reissue was made from the original stampers, as it has the original catalog number scratched out and BX-4016 written next to it. The artwork on the original album is very nice, and on this version, they went with a gold theme, which is an interesting variation.
