The packaging and poster are absolutely brilliant. However, the sound quality of the record is somehow not up to par. I'm not sure how it sounded for those who attended the event at the venue, but at home on my decent stereo system, I just can't fully enjoy it. Given their amazing reputation, they should consider reaching out to those who've recorded live albums for acts like the Dave Matthews Band, Phish, or Pearl Jam. Those folks might offer some valuable insights on how to capture a live performance on record.
Excellent quality sleeve, poster and clear vinyl nice addition, amazing performance by Arctic Monkeys, brilliant cause, just a pity the recording and sound quality is terrible. Badly recorded and mixed. One play kind of album. Shame.
Gave it another listen for the first time since it came out and was shocked at how poor the audio quality is, even though I recalled it being not great, might want to give this one a miss

Fantastic track listing and AM are a group that can truly transport you during a live show. And I guess they did that at The Royal Albert Hall too, but it doesn't quite translate to the recording. Sounds heavy, squashed, with no sense of space, a bit like there was an old, damp woolen blanket covering everything that was meant to be captured. I’m sure it doesn’t do their performance justice, and I’ll give it a listen because of the set list, but this isn’t what I was expecting.
