Is anyone elses "A Reality Tour" CD having skipping issues? I gave it a good clean with a damp cloth and it's still doing it. It keeps skipping on "The Man Who Sold The World". Wondering if anyone has a fix for this problem.
I reckon Heathen, Reality and A Reality could've used an extra disc each, considering their lengths, particularly A Reality since they've added tracks and put other bonuses on Re:call. Fingers crossed the remasters are top-notch to make up for the amount of stuff on each side (does it operate like that?). As for tracks I didn't own on vinyl, that BT song and the ESH remix are just plain awful. But I'm truly fond of this era, with Heathen and ★ ranking among Bowie's finest. And I've had a blast with Re:call on this one too.
Fantastic pressing, no hiss on any of the records. Nothing to gripe about, even if I own most of these already. For me, there's no such thing as too much Bowie.
Absolutely thrilled to finally have this box set complete! The quality is top-notch and the sound is incredible. However, I did encounter a problem with my copy when it arrived. The box had a bad dent in the corner and all the CD sleeves were damaged. It's really disheartening as a huge Bowie fan, especially considering the price of this box set. Fortunately, I was able to get a replacement.
Completely adore this box set, however, my copy of Black Star has a weird, glossy layer on the front cover and a few scratches. I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue. I'm getting the box set replaced next week. I'll update this once I have the new one. All the other CDs are flawless
