this might just be one of the greatest sounding albums i have, absolutely fantastic
The audio quality is superb, the vinyl plays smoothly, not a single skip or crackle. No Quarter is absolutely brilliant.
The audio quality of this album is absolutely amazing. I've owned several CD versions before, but none of them captured the raw energy and deep bass like this one does.
This set is pretty awesome. The sound quality is top-notch and super quiet. When I played it right after a UK original, I noticed a bit more clarity, detail, and bass depth in this version. The extra tracks are pretty neat. Is it worth the big bucks? I'm not so sure about that. But it's definitely not a bad buy.
I'm baffled by the negative feedback. This is an amazing pressing. TONS of bass, sounds incredible. If this is considered “bright” compared to other versions, that might actually be a plus. I'm not sure this album could even handle more bass!
