About Nisse Sandström

Born in Katrineholm, Sweden, in 1942, Sandström's music spanned various jazz genres, with a particular affinity for vocal jazz and hard bop. His discography includes timeless tracks like "There Will Never Be Another You," "I Remember You," and "God Bless The Child," which showcase his mastery of the tenor saxophone. Sandström was an active member of the jazz scene, notably collaborating with Bengt Stark Med. Throughout his career, he captivated audiences with his soulful performances, leaving an indelible mark on the jazz world. Sandström passed away in 2021, but his music continues to inspire and enchant jazz enthusiasts worldwide.
