NB (mailorder) actually sold 3 mcds separately: live in Germany, live in Spain and live in Portugal. I purchased all of them around 2000 and still have the catalogue that confirms this. However, the cardboard boxsets were only printed for France and Germany. As far as I know, there were no sets released in Spain and Portugal.
