I stumbled upon this at the original price in a record store and figured why not give it a shot. What more is there to say about this edition? It's like the microwave popcorn rendition of "Hairless Toys" 🫣. This has to be the vinyl with the most clicks, pops, and surface noise in my whole collection. My copy also skips on "Exile," so Side B won't play all the way through. Even after giving it a thorough wet cleaning. There's honestly no reason to throw money at scalpers for this awful pressing. It desperately needs a beautiful repress on red vinyl ASAP ✨.

The audio quality is excellent, very analog and well-balanced. I have no complaints about the pressing (it's fantastic). It's not too soft either, it's more on the relaxed side (the Lacquer Cut is by an audiophile engineer with extensive analog experience). Highly recommend.
At last! My original copy skips on Exploitation and House of Glass [insert broken heart emoji here] and I've been wishing for another pressing so I can enjoy this masterpiece in full. The red vinyl looks stunning but more importantly it's flawlessly flat, dynamic, mostly (if not entirely) quiet, and fixes the skip problems from the first pressing.
Fantastic record pressing. Thrilled to own it and take some time to revisit...she's truly a legend.
