Product description

Dive into the eclectic and introspective world of Twenty One Pilots with "Blurryface," their fourth studio album, released on May 15, 2015, via Fueled By Ramen. This 14-track collection spans a dynamic 52 minutes, offering a blend of genres that showcases the duo's versatility and artistic growth. From the infectious energy of "Heavydirtysoul" and "Stressed Out" to the introspective lyrics of "Ride" and "Fairly Local," "Blurryface" is a testament to Twenty One Pilots' unique sound and storytelling prowess.

The album's journey begins with the lead single "Heavydirtysoul," which was created in January 2015, setting the tone for the eclectic mix of hip-hop, pop, and electronic elements that follow. "Stressed Out," another standout track, delves into the anxieties of modern life, while "Ride" and "Fairly Local" offer a more introspective look at personal struggles and societal observations. The album also features collaborations and a variety of musical styles, ensuring that each song offers something unique.

"Blurryface" was originally set to release on May 19, 2015, but the band surprised fans by releasing it two days early on May 17 via iTunes. The album's production began in Glasgow on May 11, 2015, and concluded early on November 13, 2015, due to the November 2015 Paris attacks, adding a layer of historical context to its creation.

With tracks like "Lane Boy," released as the fourth single on May 3, 2015, and fan favorites like "Tear in My Heart" and "The Judge," "Blurryface" is a compelling exploration of Twenty One Pilots' artistic vision. Whether you're a long-time fan or new to their music, this album offers a rich listening experience that highlights the duo's ability to blend genres and push musical boundaries.

This is a 2025 Reissue Special Edition 10 Year Anniversary Burgundy Splatter released as a 2LP set.

  • Disappointing Vinyl Quality

    2 out of 5 stars

I've got the red one from Walmart. Honestly, some tracks sound way worse than their digital versions. It's not my equipment, I know that much. Certain songs, like "The Judge", sound like the mic's maxed out the whole time, making them pretty tough to listen to. At least I snagged it on a deep discount and paid half price. Super disappointing, though. I'm even thinking twice about buying more records from this label. It's like my experience with pobox, some tracks on good headphones really show how poorly this was made. I can't say it any other way, this album is a letdown. This tech isn't exactly cutting-edge, so how'd they mess it up so bad?

  • Gorgeous Release, Minor Quibble

    JikmibeosNovember 10, 2025United States🇺🇸

Gorgeous release! Would've been nice if there was a way to separate the book from the vinyl sleeve, so they could be kept apart, but it's fine!

  • Gorgeous Release, Minor Packaging Issue

Gorgeous release! Would've been nice if there was some kind of divider between the book and the vinyl sleeve, so they could be kept separate, but it's fine!

  • Loud Surface Noise Detected

    3 out of 5 stars
    YuopLiezllyDuxokNovember 1, 2025United States🇺🇸

It's challenging to spot any scratches, but my second LP has some of the most intense surface noise I've come across. There's no popping or clicking, just extremely loud surface noise.

  • Mastering Engineer's Mistake

    1 out of 5 stars
    qavit2868October 29, 2025United States🇺🇸

awful audio quality. ruined by a clueless mastering engineer. the compression is painful, like being ripped apart by low-quality mp3s. what were they thinking? the music's great and should've been given the dynamic range it deserves
