About Franck Bedrossian

Franck Bedrossian, born in Paris in 1971, is a contemporary French composer known for his innovative approach to sound and music. His journey began with studies in orchestration and analysis at the Regional Conservatory of Paris, followed by composition studies under Allain Gaussin. Bedrossian's work is a testament to his exploration of sound's possibilities, making him one of France's most brilliant young composers. His compositions, such as "We Met As Sparks" and the "Don Quixote Concerto," showcase his versatility and depth in chamber music. Beyond his musical prowess, Bedrossian is also a teacher at the Kunstuniversität Graz, sharing his knowledge and passion with the next generation of musicians. When he's not composing or teaching, he enjoys chess, tea, and fountain pens, adding a touch of personal charm to his artistic persona.
