Fantastic album, but the pressing is subpar, much like several of Lucinda's other albums - it's high time they used a better pressing plant.
I'm really enjoying the tunes on this album, Lucinda's got some fantastic new tracks here. Personally, I feel the record could've been even better without Bruce Springsteen joining her on vocals, but hey, that's just my opinion. The vinyl itself is a bit "blah". My copy was a tad flat and sounded alright overall for colored vinyl (I've got the cobalt blue one), but it did have a couple of pops and ticks. I would've been happier with a plain black vinyl.
