"Carnival" is een betoverend album van het getalenteerde Kanneh-Mason gezin, uitgebracht op 6 november 2020 onder Decca Music Group Ltd. Met een speeltijd van ruim een uur, biedt dit album een divers en onderhoudend repertoire dat zowel klassieke muziekfans als nieuwkomers zal bekoren.
Het album begint met een levendige interpretatie van Camille Saint-Saëns' "Carnival of the Animals", waar de Kanneh-Masons elk stuk met narration introduceren, wat het album een narratief karakter geeft. Van de grappige "Hens and Roosters" tot de majestueuze "The Swan", elk stuk wordt met virtuositeit en levendigheid gebracht.
Naast "Carnival of the Animals" omvat het album ook geliefde stukken zoals Tchaikovsky's "Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" uit "The Nutcracker", een levendige uitvoering van Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Flight of the Bumble-Bee" en een kalmerende versie van Eric Coates' "Sea Murmurs".
