I initially got the EU version, which sounded fantastic. I ended up listening to every track in a single night, and the audio quality was just amazing! Now I've also got the US version, which means I have access to the extra songs not included in the EU one. And yes... I'm planning to have another listening marathon this evening. I still feel his presence when I enjoy his incredible music.
Not much left for me to add, everything's been covered. Sounds fantastic and won't break the bank.
After finally putting this original pressing side by side with the newer reissue box set, I must admit, the contrast is astonishing. The original version clearly takes the cake in terms of sound quality. The high end isn't nearly as abrasive, which is something that hits me right away with the newer release. Plus, this pressing just packs more of a punch overall. It's way more enjoyable to listen to, no doubt about it.
My version lacks a title and the flower on the cover, only has the middle pic.
