This album is undoubtedly their greatest work, even if it's a bit too lengthy. The production is absolutely superb! And out of the 17 tracks, 10 are truly exceptional. The lyrics are a bit cheesy, but they offer some profound philosophical insights, a unique blend that their next album fails to match. Musically, it spans a broad range of 80s styles, from Hüsker Dü to other Post-Hardcore bands, New Wave, and even Crooners like Jarvis Cocker. It's a fantastic German record.
