This is a really great album, but you'd probably enjoy it more if you got the CD.
Skip this pressing for sure. It's one of the most squashed, distorted, and lifeless sounding albums in my collection. It's truly disappointing to hear such amazing songs like this. These big corporations should really show more respect for the original recordings and for us who invest in physical copies.
This edition seems fine to me, no noise from the pressing, no weird sounds or harsh 's' sounds, maybe it's a tad too quiet, but overall it sounds alright, though I think the recording itself isn't great, it feels like something made to be played on CD.
I can't find a single fault with this record. It's absolutely stunning and the sound quality is just as impressive as its appearance.
