Over the moon to finally own this album on vinyl, and the colored vinyl is absolutely stunning, but it all sounds so lifeless and lacks punch, which is a real letdown considering how long I've been waiting for this. Still, I'm glad to have it, just wish it was a bit better.

KT's other albums are all fantastic, and with this one, she's ditched her original band to explore new directions and experiment with different styles. It's much less pop-oriented than her previous release, and I'm really digging the fresh sound, even though it reminds me a bit of her debut. Her folk influences shine through, and her vocals are absolutely stunning this time around. It feels like she's truly pushed herself and brought out the best in her voice. While I don't think this will attract new listeners, fans will definitely want to add this to their collection. I'd recommend grabbing the version with the DVD; it offers a great behind-the-scenes look at the album and helps you appreciate the songs even more. Standout tracks for me are Push That Knot Away, Golden Frames & (Still A) Weirdo.
