This review is quite a bit delayed, but the sound quality isn't too shabby. It's not the quietest I've come across, but it's pretty decent. There's just a slight hum in the background. As for the music, this album is absolutely brilliant. It's tough to find anything quite like it, save for their subsequent release. Naturally, they pioneered that 'beauty and the beast' vocal approach that so many others would emulate. But what truly stands out is the Olde Englisch lyrics and their delivery, juxtaposed with the doom metal soundtrack. So, there's a real beauty and the beast dynamic between the vocals and the music.

But what really stands out is the Old English lyrics and how they're sung, contrasting with the doom metal. So, there's this beauty and the beast thing going on between the vocals and the music.
The sound quality is incredible! The bass hits hard too. And the gatefold is just as stunning as everyone else has said.
