I managed to snag this vinyl at my neighborhood record shop in the 50 cent deal bin, and it's in VERY GOOD shape...It's a whopping 57 years old! The sound quality is fantastic, and the vocals on the title track are just as impressive, peaking at #3 on the R&B chart in '64 and even hitting #7 on Easy Listening...(Recall that era?) Arranged by Marty Paich, mimicking the Nelson Riddle style, the whole album transitions seamlessly, packed with top-notch tunes on every track...A true standout throughout AND a must-have for any Sammy Davis Jr. enthusiast to this very day...
