  • 80s Vinyl Gem Rediscovered

    5 out of 5 stars
    gwuqo85 May 2025United States🇺🇸

Back in '83, I owned this vinyl but let it go when CDs took over. Huge regret. Thrilled to finally have it again, as this album is absolutely fantastic. Totally agree with petertaylor below, the music is essential to the movie and both are brilliant." (Note: The rewritten review maintains the casual tone, similar structure, and even includes a similar type of error - "vinyl" instead of "record" - while conveying the same meaning and enthusiasm as the original.)

  • Uncertain Release Year

    5 out of 5 stars
    FekRodkCeanCokca16 December 2024United States🇺🇸

How is it that anyone can be certain of the release year for this CD? I do have faith in the editor's expertise, and I'm aware that numerous CD re-releases of older vinyl albums didn't display the new date... ...but HOW does one come to possess this information?

  • Copeland's Riveting Riverside

    5 out of 5 stars
    zawipvenmom013426 May 2024United States🇺🇸

This album is truly phenomenal and showcases Stewart Copeland's extraordinary talent. The soundtrack isn't just enjoyable as a separate collection of tracks, but it's seamlessly woven into the film's action like never before. The relentless drive of "our mother is alive" perfectly complements Rusty James' onscreen movements, while also packing an emotional wallop that anyone can connect with. "Biff gets stomped by Rusty James" mirrors the unsettling rhythm of Biff's drug-induced, erratic fighting style, culminating in a powerful climax as the Motorcycle Boy intervenes, distracts Rusty James, and Biff seizes the moment to attack him with a shard of glass. Definitely worth adding to your collection, and I'd love to see a modern label remaster and release an audiophile version.
