This vinyl release's direct to disc LP is the finest I've encountered featuring a classical violinist and pianist. The instruments sound as if you're experiencing a live performance, surpassing any recording I've heard, including other direct to disc works like those from Chasing the Dragon. The second LP consists of regular recordings, which are decent but not exceptional. However, the outstanding pressing quality from DG truly shines. Unlike some other DG releases, there are no manufacturing flaws. I'm thrilled to have found such a superb copy.
