Product Description

Sam Fender's highly anticipated third studio album, "People Watching," is set to hit the shelves on February 21, 2025, under Polydor Records. Clocking in at a concise 48 minutes, this 11-track collection promises a captivating journey through Fender's evolving sound and introspective lyrics.

Fender, known for his raw and honest songwriting, delves into themes of nostalgia, self-reflection, and the complexities of modern life. The album opens with the titular track "People Watching," setting the tone for a record that invites listeners to observe and reflect on the world around them. Standout tracks like "Nostalgia's Lie" and "Crumbling Empire" showcase Fender's ability to blend poignant storytelling with infectious melodies, while "Chin Up" and "Little Bit Closer" offer moments of uplifting energy and optimism.

With "People Watching," Sam Fender continues to solidify his place as a compelling voice in contemporary music, offering an album that is both deeply personal and universally relatable. Fans of his previous work will find familiar elements, but also new layers of musical and lyrical depth. Whether you're a longtime fan or new to his music, "People Watching" is an album that demands your attention and rewards repeated listens.

  • Masterpiece Album Quality

    5 out of 5 stars
    tiuw.yaexrs7 December 2025United States🇺🇸

From beginning to end, this album is an absolute masterpiece, and this is the version you want. Sure, the plain black cover and absence of artwork might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the superb audio quality more than compensates. My record was super flat and had hardly any surface noise or pops, which I've noticed is becoming more frequent with new vinyl these days, so it's clear a lot of effort went into this pressing. I'd strongly suggest grabbing a copy before they sell out!

  • GZ Pressing Disappointment

    3 out of 5 stars
    Deubrouf12 April 2025United States🇺🇸

This pressing really let me down. Had I known it was a GZ job, I'd have given it a miss. It's full of noise and that annoying rotational static. It's heading straight to the car boot sale. Only giving it 3 stars 'cause I do like the tunes 👍

  • Fantastic Album, Stunning Packaging

    5 out of 5 stars
    Obuzuxa9619 March 2025United States🇺🇸

Absolutely fantastic album and it sounds amazing! I grabbed this edition from the Universal Music Store as soon as it dropped and haven't regretted it at all. The packaging is stunning too!

  • Back in Stock Cheap

    5 out of 5 stars
    XuqfewHepDA1912 March 2025United States🇺🇸

As of March 12th, 2025, it's back in stock on the official UK website, priced at just £25.99 - no reason to fork out for those inflated eBay or Discogs prices!

  • Overpriced, Overcompressed Album

    3 out of 5 stars
    jfuyuukec8 March 2025United States🇺🇸

This album sounds way too squashed. I really hoped for a better master with more range. It's overly loud and distorted in several spots. They should've made this a double album. 25 minutes per side is just too long. Unfortunately, the record's quality takes a hit because of it. A single record priced at $35? The Times They Are A-Changin'.
