From a musical standpoint, the album is brilliantly executed by top-tier American and Brazilian musicians. The songwriting, particularly the English lyrics, leans a bit towards the cheesy side. However, this promotional radio copy truly excels in its sound quality. I've heard it said that radio promos always sound fantastic, and this album is a testament to that. Recorded in the summer of '78, an era I'd label as "peak analogue"—think 2" tape, 24-track mixers—decades of analogue recording tech had culminated in producing some truly great-sounding records. If you come across this record, grab it. It's an outstanding-sounding album.
