To be honest, N.E.W.S. was never my top pick from Golden Earring. It always felt a bit too 80's for my taste. But this The N.E.W.S. Sessions double LP is absolutely fantastic. The tracks are brilliant and the album's sound quality is top-notch. I can't recommend it enough !!!

This album's got a couple of decent tracks. It's that mid-80s new wave hard rock stuff. The band's doing their best to keep going, but it's tough. They had a big hit with "The Twilight Zone" back in '82. Apart from that, there's not much else to write home about here.
