Muddy Waters at his finest with this one. Super calm, great quality record.
Waxtime might be one of those budget reissue labels that keeps their sources under wraps, but their stuff ain't too shabby (from what I've heard, around six or seven records). It's not amazing, but it's not terrible either. It's way better than the junk DOL puts out on vinyl, that's for sure. This album's sound is pretty alright, just don't expect miracles.
