Translating German hits into English? We've had that before, haven't we? True, Herbert Grönemeyer tried that on two albums, with average success. Now it's Die Toten Hosen's turn. You can immediately tell that not only were the titles not translated literally, but some of the lyrics were also adapted. Good examples of this are 'All for the sake of love' for 'Alles aus Liebe' and 'Put your money where your mouth is (Buy me!)' for 'Kauf mich!' - this title even comes across better than the original. There are also completely new songs like 'Sexual' and 'Love machine' and even a cover of punk veteran Johnny Thunders. However, I can't understand why the live mood song 'Cunt in a mirror' or better known as 'Guantanamera' was hidden as a hidden track. This album was mainly intended for fans in South America, but it also gives fans in Germany just as much fun.
