There are two somewhat distinct long boxes! The fake beige 'label/tag' that lists the songs, includes "feel no pain", along with the other tracks mentioned! Also, Sade Love Deluxe is more vibrant than the other long box (shown here on Discogs)! I genuinely adore this album and this stunning cover art; it's one of the most perfect ever!
In general, this pressing had a smooth and well-balanced sound. The highs were crisp but not harsh, and the mids provided most of the warmth. My copy needed a good clean to remove some light surface noise, but after that, it played quite well. I've only heard the 1992 pressing once while on the road, at a vinyl listening bar, and while I'd be thrilled to own that version one day, I think this one does the trick for now.
Well crafted, the sound is deep and full of life, it touches the heart, makes me close my eyes. What an amazing sound. 10/10
Absolutely one of the most flawless albums ever created :) . Sooooooo amazing. The pressing is pristine and full-bodied, just as velvety as the music itself.
Among my vast collection of 800 records, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. The vinyl's quality is absolutely breathtaking. The sound is incredibly rich, dynamic, and punchy, with a powerful bass that doesn't overpower the record's subtleties. Plus, the sleeve is top-notch, a huge improvement over the flimsy, sticky ones from the early '90s. I'm thrilled that one of the greatest albums ever made has such an outstanding vinyl release.
