Back in '82, I picked up that vinyl and played it to death... now I've got the CD too. For me, every version beats the studio ones—this is Ponty's finest work, one of the greatest fusion albums ever. An incredible band, so full of energy. That bass on the final track? Absolutely mind-blowing.
