This record seems a tad lacking in depth, perhaps due to the minor wear on my copy. As for the music, yet another fantastic McCoy album from the 70s/early 80s. Compositionally intricate (even the tracks penned by John Blake, the violinist, have a McCoy feel), the songs are lively and thrilling, with outstanding contributions from the mostly-unknown-to-me collaborators. Pretty much any McCoy album between 1968 and 1984 is worth picking up, and this one's no exception.
