Wow, this album is absolutely amazing! The audio quality is fantastic, and the pressing is top-notch too.
Man, this is some top-notch groovy stuff! There's even some hip hop samples mixed in, making it a blast to listen to for the first time. Luckily, my copy is perfectly flat and free of any defects (which isn't always the case with this series, but my persistence and habit of ordering multiple copies usually pays off!). Highly recommend it!!
Eddie Henderson's albums are all quite enjoyable, but in my opinion, this one takes the cake. The cover might not give you a clue what's inside, but it's packed with some seriously deep and groovy jazz-funk from start to finish. You may raise an eyebrow at the price tag, but let me tell you, it's worth every penny...
