This live album is certainly something for the true Doe Maar enthusiast. The contributions from various other musicians enhance the whole experience. The downside of the vinyl is that most sides are quite long (around 32 minutes on side A), making the music seem less dynamic (smaller grooves). I really had to turn up the volume to reach my usual listening level. Moreover, there is clearly more noise and sibilance to be heard on the last tracks of each side. A fantastic live album, but perhaps the CD is still a better option?
