The tunes are absolutely fantastic. This is by far my top album of the year so far. The copy I got was terrible on side A. It was so bad, I even checked my gear to make sure everything was working right. The audio was super distorted and muddy. I'm sending it back for a replacement. Fingers crossed the new one sounds better as this one was a total dud.
Absolutely amazing album, beginning to end. For me personaly, it's the find of the year. I was hooked after Seeing Stars, but I'm even more into their heavy tracks. Birds is an absolute killer, what a smash hit! I quickly bought all their other albums and, on a spur-of-the-moment decission, traveled from Rotterdam to Düsseldorf with my son to catch their live show. Incredible, the energy they bring on stage is unmatched. The crowd went completely wild!!
My version sounds fantastic, absolutely no problems. Perhaps I just got a good one.
The audio quality is fantastic and I'm really enjoying the album, but it was super tight on the spindle. It took a lot of fiddling to get it right and it still gets a bit stuck sometimes.
My vinyl record is a bit bent, but it doesn't mess with the music's quality. The sound is super quiet with no surface hissing. There's a few pops now and then, but I ain't cleaned it good yet. All in all, it's a solid pressing.
