I've been searching for this album on vinyl for ages, and when I finally came across it, I was thrilled. I've only listened to it once so far, but I must admit, I was a tad disappointed with the sound quality, which was rather lackluster.
Initially, I assumed this record was quite noisy, but then I figured out it was just static, so I had to give it a wet clean before its first play. After that, all the noise disappeared. I'm still giving it 5/5 stars due to the excellent sound quality, which is really nice and dynamic. However, I absolutely hate it when records don't come with an anti-static sleeve...
I'm searching for this vinyl and would be happy to pay more than its value, but not an outrageous amount. If you have it and want to sell, please let me know! Thanks a bunch!!
Amazing gatefold design and inner sleeve picture. The blue color is spot on. The album is packed with energy and dynamism. Drums are super crisp, vocals are crystal clear and sound lifelike. No static or surface noise whatsoever. Excellent pressing.
