I've been gradually collecting original Byrds records, and this one really caught me off guard. The audio is way more energetic and vibrant on this one!
Music On Vinyl continues to hit it out of the ballpark. The audio quality is fantastic. The vinyl is flat, thick, and completely noise-free, with a satisfying dynamic range. It's a well-rounded pressing, though it's probably sourced from a digital original. But hey, it sounds amazing on my setup, even better than streaming, at least for my system. It's a great chance to grab this essential album if you can find it for a fair price. My modest system's all Cambridge Audio: Alva TT V2, Alva Duo PreEVO 150, DeLorean 1994, and Klipsch KG 5.2 Speakers.
Fantastic record pressing. Barely any background noise, pops, or clicks. Mastered with great dynamics.
This 1996 remastered version, boasting 16-bit quality and released three decades after its launch, delivers fantastic sound. The crispness, range, and balance are spot on. No harsh highs or overpowering lows to deal with. Top-notch!
