  It's a pity that Forever Living Originals can't seem to handle vinyl pressing right. Whenever I purchase a Sault album on vinyl, the sound quality is excellent, but the record itself is always flawed. There's usually marks and scratches that you can hear while playing it. I reckon I'll stick to buying the CD version from now on. The music, of course, is amazing. Sault is absolutely phenomenal!!!

  Among the five remarkable albums that the incredibly productive SAULT put out this time, this one stands out as my top pick, and I'll tell you why: Just as the title hints, the intricate beats found on EARTH showcase a diverse range of cultural influences. It's like the heartbeat of the world. SAULT has always skillfully incorporated these rhythms into their music, and here, they've presented them in their most authentic form. There's an abundance of that magical Black girl (and boy) energy, plus a couple of breathtaking, heart-stopping ballads performed by Cleo Sol (I believe?). It might not have the flashy, chart-topping appeal of something like 11, but as SAULT has consistently shown, that's not what they're aiming for. EARTH is deep, captivating, and utterly compelling.
