Fantastic sound quality for an early stereo version. Well-balanced, and I typically dislike stereo mixes with just vocals/guitars. Definitely a must-have album for any folk enthusiast!
Excellent peaceful pressing. Sounds fantastic! Word word word word
Translated automatically,Awesome pressing. Sounds sharp and clear. Such a great way. You can't go wrong with Heady Wax Fiends
The audio quality is absolutely phenomenal! It's one of my two oldest vinyl records (both dating back to '66) and it truly stands out in terms of recording, mastering, and pressing quality. It's flat, dead silent, and mixed to perfection. The spaciousness and depth are astonishing, the music's imaging is top-notch, and overall, it's incredibly well-balanced. As of 11/21, I paid just $35 for it. There's no comparison to modern 'audiophile' pressings, which are already more expensive when new, and often sound muddy and musty in their mastering.
This record sounds absolutely amazing...and it's on some clean, quiet vinyl too. It's a fantastic, budget-friendly way to get this awesome album. I'm really happy I took a chance on it. Even though it's not mentioned, it's in Stereo, just like that later 1980 reissue.
