How do we keep reviews authentic?

Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.

  • Chill Album, Minor Sound Issue

    4 out of 5 stars
    zjivscy26 December 2025United States🇺🇸

Great album for chilling out, the sound quality is a bit "squished" but it's not a big deal.

  • Disappointing Vinyl Quality

    2 out of 5 stars
    Wosoyzuirab.29 September 2025United States🇺🇸

I must disagree with other reviewers' praise. The vinyl is indeed smooth and clean, but there's an excessive amount of background noise, even after thorough cleaning. This is particularly bothersome for such tranquil music. The recording volume is quite low, as previously mentioned, which exacerbates the surface noise when you increase the volume. Overall, the sound is rather lackluster, and there's noticeable sibillance on the final track of both sides. In a nutshell, the CD sounds waaaay better to me.

  • Poor Pressing Quality

    5 out of 5 stars
    10unjvjeyed8 July 2025United States🇺🇸

I'm on board with the complaints about the pressing. Way too much background hiss. Might not be a huge issue with some setups but on my turntable it sounds like a crap pressing.

  • Poor Quality Version

    3 out of 5 stars
    xeisaygcuv5 May 2025United States🇺🇸

Fantastic album, however this version doesn't sound great. There's hissing and crackles everywhere… just like the black one. If you wanna hear this album in decent quality go for the boxset!

  • Transparent Triumph

    5 out of 5 stars
    safbupc1 May 2025United States🇺🇸

Fantastic record pressing. Barely any surface noise on my version, keeping the album’s raw vibe intact. A transparent (pun intended) triumph.
