This is a top-tier pressing (no shock, given Bernie Grundman's mastering) hailing from GV's homeland. The musicianship is outstanding as well, so everything's spot-on here on my near-mint vinyl.
Wow, this pressing sounds absolutely amazing. The album already sounds great on a standard copy, but this half speed mastered version is on a whole new level. There's so much more detail, the bass is warmer and punchier, and the dynamic range is improved too. This is definitely the best way to experience this album.
Awesome deal in the dollar bin. Grabbed this because I'm a huge fan of “Feel like Flying,” it's been sampled in some amazing tracks like “find your wings” by Tyler, the Creator and Roy Ayers.
Can't believe how amazing this pressing sounds. We're talking some seriously deep grooves here. The entire album is fantastic, not just I Just Wanna Stop.
This is hands down the finest pressing of this album I've come across. I've got several versions, but this one outshines them all. Definitely worth tracking down if you're a fan of this record.
