Disregard my previous review. This is boring, dull, and lifeless. The vinyl is green but that's the only good thing. I'd suggest finding an original instead.
Sound is quite alright, not outstanding, not terrible. A bit of crackling on the D side. (4-/5)
This album is fantastic and still a joy to listen to. The pressing is flawless, the records are perfectly flat, and they play smoothly without any distortion. The sound quality is even better than the first three albums, it truly is a delight to listen to. The cover is a standard pocket size, with high-quality printing that does its job well. I highly recommend it. Enjoy...Played on: Technics SL-100C, Ortofon Concorde Music Bronze, Rega Fono MM MK5, Technics SU-G700M2, Yamaha NS-777, Vinyl Cleaner Pro-Ject VC-E
Not a top pick, quite messy to listen to, there's superior tracks by them
Initially, I wasn't sold on the “45RPM” series of these timeless records, but after giving in and making a purchase, I gotta say, they're absolutely worth every cent. My top pick from this series is “and justice for all” – I still recall the thrill of grabbing this album at 13, being the first kid in the neighborhood to have it. Even though that was over three decades ago, I can still go back to that moment and feel that same excitement. Metallica was something else back then, before the haircuts, the pop tunes, and the selling out for fancy art deals. Oh well, I guess nothing lasts forever. This reissue is fantastic!
