  • 2024 Remaster Impressive

    5 out of 5 stars
    MLABIADRUZ14 August 2024United Kingdom🇬🇧

Here's the rewritten review following your guidelines: "Haven't got the 2021 version to do a comparison, so here's my thoughts on the 2024 remaster:Side ASexy Dance: zero background noise, guitar sounds clear and sharp. Truth be told, this track has the most accurate sound of the recent remasters on Takanaka. Drums are mixed just right, nothin' special but they do a fantastic job.Malibu: Things start getting really good here. Drums right up front, precise and clear. Overall harmony, great track. An Insatiable High: Beautiful song, lots going on at once. Brilliant percussion, really nice bass. Peak funk/jazzSide BE.S.P.: crazy tune, crispy guitar again, vocals are very present. Again, drums seem the best part of this album so far. M5: Funny song, good harmonics, again guitar crisp and on point. I really dig this song, for me the best track of the album.Sundrops: this time I feel a great separation between guitar and other instruments. Vocals are so sweet.Good (Bad?) Old Days: Great job on the mastering on drums. Weird but I hear the guitar this time not so crisp, very analog if I may say so. Could be that it is the last song. I think is a little noise. Overall pleasant sound.Note: 4.5/5
