Michael Patrick Kelly, born in Dublin and raised in the United States, is an Irish-American singer, musician, and composer who has captivated audiences worldwide. As the youngest member of the phenomenally successful pop and folk band The Kelly Family, Kelly contributed to the group's staggering sales of over 20 million records across Europe. After a hiatus during which he retreated to a monastery in France, Kelly returned to the music scene in 2011, reinvigorating his career with a series of compelling solo albums.
