I recently got a second-hand version of this album. The audio quality is around an 4 or 4.5 out of 5. There's a bit of surface noise even after giving it an ultrasonic clean. The tracks are fantastic. I'm thrilled to own it. I'm also planning to get a new 2018 copy. It's great to have an original pressing, almost like a keepsake, since Liz's music was huge on Chicago radio back in the 90’s.
The vinyl disc is pressed nicely. But it's see-through. The product details aren't accurate.
Holy cow, yeah, I might've spent a tad extra on a pristine unopened copy, but wow, it sounds incredible!!
I had to go for three attempts before I finally received a copy that wasn't so bent it was unusable, although it still had some warping. The sound quality is pretty decent, but it doesn't resemble the picture at all (it's transparent with a few random yellow spots, not very appealing). The gatefold is nice, and it's a fantastic album. I probably wouldn't suggest getting this particular version.
I've now bought this album twice! The first one had a major flaw, messing up track 1 and 2 on both sides (there's a tiny bump that seems like a bad warp). This second copy is a bit warped too but still playable. I can't complain too much, though the poor quality of records these days is just not okay, especially when we're paying so much for them.
