  • Dilla Reissue Worth It

    5 out of 5 stars
    xxagda57April 13, 2025United States🇺🇸

I'd been searching for an original pressing for ages, then stumbled upon this reissue at a nearby store with a fantastic deal, and I just had to grab it. I can't say for sure how it compares to the original since I don't own one, but I'd be surprised if it sounds any better. The only real difference is that this one doesn't come with the printed inner sleeves like the original (just an insert). But hey, that insert's got some seriously cool liner notes where Dilla talks about creating each track. If you spot this one, I'd definitely say go for it.

  • Missing Rico Suave Track

    5 out of 5 stars
    izjuajllokakr68January 18, 2025United States🇺🇸

Nowhere to be found is the “Rico Suave bossa nova” on this release, even though Discogs lists it

  • Dilla's Timeless Production Shines

    5 out of 5 stars

Unmatched and legendary, Dilla's production still shines on this timeless album.

  • Jubilee Release, Missing Intro

    4 out of 5 stars
    rtndOctober 22, 2024United States🇺🇸

Excellent jubilee release featuring believable extra material. However, I'm truly puzzled as to why the intro song 'Welcome 2 Detroit' is not included here.
