This album is absolutely amazing, the music and the overall vibe are just flawless. 5/5, definitely worth purchasing.
Having the album and all the extra tracks that came out with it together in one set is fantastic. Sadly, the production quality could use some improvement. Out of the two copies I've had, both had noise problems on certain discs, but not every one, which makes me think it's not an issue with the pressing itself, but rather a quality control problem. Plus, the glue on the gatefold jacket seems to have been put on with the inner sleeves already inside, as both copies had the sleeves, art prints, or both stuck to the inside of the jacket, which obviously damages them when you try to take them out. I'm not sure why they didn't just make all the sleeves on the jacket open on both sides, since the triple gatefold design would still keep them in place once closed. It's a real bummer, because this could've been the ultimate vinyl version of the album, but the quality just isn't up to par. Maybe just getting the basic album plus the companion disc and jacket bundle is the way to go...
I'm happy to finally have this 3rd vinyl to round out the complete album. It's a bit much to pay $40 for just one record, especially when the sleeve could've held the first two, but if you're eager to have it, it's out there. That aside, it's a fantastic collection of tracks and my copy sounds fantastic! Hazier is one incredibly gifted artist! I'd definitely recommend it!
This album is fantastic, both in terms of audio and physical quality. It's a definite must-have!
The album sounds fantastic. The bass is powerful, there's little surface noise, and the analog distortion is barely noticeable. The packaging is also quite robust.
