Who would've thought Russia was just a stone's throw away from Jamaica? DJ Vadim's THE SOUNDCATCHER proves it on tracks like "Fear Feats," "Black Is The Night," and "Watch that Sound." But if you're up for an even bigger adventure, dive into the deep soul of "Talk to Me" or the powerful beat of "Them Say." The string-filled instrumental "Manchester" takes us on a detour, and before you know it, we're grooving to the vintage vibes of "Milwaukee." (And hey, there's even a hint of the Middle East in "Like the Wind.") "Theme To Big Willy Dee" surprisingly tugs at your heartstrings with its kids' choir, while "Sufferin Blues" starts feelin' like an old Western flick. As Vadim strays further from the abstract hip-hop of his Ninja Tune days, he's really startin' to find his sound.
