Sounds absolutely flawless! Stunning re-release with rich, dynamic audio and a vast sound stage. Highly recommend!
This pressing is fairly decent, yet the higher frequencies seem a tad subdued when compared to the rhythm section. It'd be great to listen to an original copy to make a proper comparison.
This edition in the blue note classics collection stands out from the rest I've picked up. The KG mastering on these is quite direct, enhancing the highs and bringing out details - it's got that digital hi-res vibe. However, this one has a bit of a muffled quality, with softened highs that give it a pleasant analogue feel. It's not as audiophile as Somethin‘ Else, though, which is absolutely fantastic.
The initial record I got was all warped, like a bowl. This seems to be happening a lot with new vinyl nowadays. I'm just waiting for the replacement to come now.
Замечательное издание. Винил очень тихий. Нет никаких шуршаний и цоканья. Музыка просто потрясающая. Пока еще можно заказать у производителя в РФ. Но винил теперь без буклета и напечатан для британского рынка - нумерация их, не наша. Издание моно. Кто может поделиться хорошими сканами буклета в PDF, буду очень благодарен. В карточке издания фото страниц низкого качества, к сожалению.
